It doesn’t matter if the problem is big or small…I’ve been working with computers and IT set-ups for the past 30 years and I’m always happy to help. I won’t talk computer mumbo-jumbo to you – I have a policy of keeping everything jargon (and geek) free and I’ll always explain to you clearly what is required and what it will cost upfront with no hidden surprises.

The same goes for any advice you need on the purchase of new equipment. I am independent and not linked to any large organisation, which means I can give you completely honest, unbiased advice based on what you actually need and want to spend rather than what I want to sell you!
