Keyboard Shortcuts

Please find below instructions on how to use keyboard shortcuts and access keys for our main pages and to access specific element of the pages. Our accesskey selection follows the UK Government Accesskeys Standard :

• s to Skip navigation / jump to content
• m to jump to page Main navigation
• n to jump to Name form field on the contact page

• 1 for home page
• 3 for site map
• 9 for contact
• 0 for accessibility options

To use these shortcut press 'Alt' and the letter at the same time for:

• Microsoft Internet Explorer 4
• Netscape 6+
• Mozilla 4+

For Internet Explorer 5+ press 'Alt' and the letter at the same time and the enter key.

Increasing Text Size

To increase the text size your can:

• in Internet Explorer, select: View » Text size
• in Netscape, select: Edit » Preferences » Appearance » Fonts
• in Opera, select: Tools » Preferences » Fonts » Minimum font size
• in Mozilla, select: View » Text Zoom
• in Firefox, select: View » Font Size

Alternatively, you can use your mouse's wheel whilst you hold down the Control (Ctrl) key.
